ENTRY FEE: If you have not paid, please submit the $300.00 entry fee as soon as possible (Checks payable to Centaurus High School).
LOCKER ROOMS: Teams will be able to use locker rooms during the tournament. Wrestlers are encouraged to bring their own towels, locks and other personal equipment. Rooms will not be secured during the tournament and several other teams will occupy the room throughout the day. Centaurus High School is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
TOURNAMENT PASSES: Each participant (up to 14), + (2) managers will be given passes, + (4 coaches’ bracelets) will serve as entry into the tournament. These must be on display during the tournament for free entry into the gymnasium. If a wrestler should lose his pass, he will be required to pay the admission charge. Head coaches of J.V. wrestlers, who are accompanying their team to Top of the Rockies Tournament, to participate in a J.V. Tournament, must submit a list of names to the tournament director for free admittance.
COACHES AND WORKER PARKING: Coaches and workers will be permitted to park in the North Parking Lot beside the Softball Field.
SPECTATOR PARKING: There will be no parking available on school grounds between 10:00 A.M. and 3:30 P.M. on Friday, January 21st due to school being in session. A shuttle bus will be provided to transport you from the Sunflower grocery store parking lot by Good Times (Hwy. 287 and South Boulder Road) from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. The parking lot is 5 minutes away. Parking will be available after school at approximately 3:30. The last shuttle will run at 4:00.
CONCESSIONS & FOOD: The Centaurus Wrestling Club will be selling home made food items during the tournament in the Argo area outside of the gym area. A variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings will be available throughout the day at various prices. Please note: Due to the size of the tournament and limited seating space, no coolers will be allowed in the gymnasium.
HOSPITALITY ROOM: A hospitality room for coaches, officials and workers will be provided for lunch and dinner. No wrestlers or managers will be permitted into this area. Your bracelet (four per team) will serve as admittance into this area. Coaches and workers are invited to enjoy the various items throughout the day courtesy of Centaurus High School.
AWARDS: Medals for places 1-6 will be awarded in each weight class. Team trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd will be awarded at the conclusion of the tournament. Coaches will be asked to select an Outstanding Wrestler for a lower and upper weight division (also to be awarded at the conclusion of the tournament by ballot). A trophy will be awarded for the Outstanding Wrestlers.
ON-LINE TOURNEY ROSTER REQUEST: Coaches will be required to submit 2 rosters: one spreadsheet (for seeding) and one roster on-line. Late changes to rosters can be submitted up until 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 19th and this roster will be final. You cannot substitute wrestlers on Friday. If a wrestler is scratched for whatever reason or does not make weight Friday, he will be scratched from the tournament and that bracket will be re-seeded. Click on the state of Colorado, select Top of the Rockies Tournament, then choose the “coaches” link on the top right of the page to login. Expect on Line-Tourney directions the week of January 9th along with the spreadsheet for seeding.

4. Wrestlers record to date (highest percentage based on 15 matches)
5. Top eight individuals will be seeded
WEIGHT ALLOWANCE: Please inform Centaurus High School if you wrestle a dual on Wednesday, January 19th or Thursday, January 20th. You can also call Paul Roper at 720-561-5362 or email him at paul.roper@bvsd.org. I will inform all schools of the weight allowance once all participating schools have communicated.
